Over the years, MTECH has refined its manufacturing process in order to build quality products in a timely, efficient manner. That means moving from manual saws to CNC routers, small handheld welders to extrusion guns and 2D drafting to 3D modeling. We now have more plastic sheet stock on hand than anyone in Northern California, reducing the amount of time it takes to complete your project’s manufacturing cycle.
Working with plastic involves utilizing techniques and build processes not found in any other type of manufacturing, requiring years of experience to hone and perfect. MTECH has been developing its construction techniques for over a decade, and continues to develop them in order to create the most durable, long-lasting products on the market.
Every product we build begins as a 3D model that can be viewed and manipulated by the customer, allowing them to fully visualize what the end product will look like. From there it is prepped for cutting on a CNC router, and moves into a dedicated fabrication area complete with every type of plastic welding apparatus conceivable.
Before shipping, each product is subject to an intensive QA process where each weld is inspected, as well as the quality of the product and its ability to perform over and above your standards.
Because in the end, that’s all that really matters.
3D CAD Modeling
MTECH uses 3D CAD technology to design its products, meaning our customers get a 3D representation of the product they order. And if needed, photo
realistic images to aid in the design process.
CNC Routing
Without the precision and efficiency of CNC routing, timely and
accurate production of our tanks would not be possible. In this video, see how our design and fabrication staff
takes a tank plan from the computer screen to the production floor.
Welding Techniques
Butt, thermal and extrusion welding techniques make up the backbone of every product we build. MTECH
utilizes proprietary material preparation and welding techniques developed over the last 11 years.
